From the saddle, through Kununurra to Dunham river.

Saw a grumpy Buffalo, a mule and several eagles

Dunham river to Ord river

Tuesday 6th – 210km

Ord river to Mary’s pool

Wednesday 7th – 185km

Mary’s pool to Fitzroy crossing

Thursday 8th – 160km

Fitzroy crossing to Boab tree rest area

Friday 9th – 130km

Boab tree to Nillibubbica

Serendipity saw me meet up with Alex Glover at the start of a long stretch of road works. After being escorted through the road works we chatted for 1/2hr or so before continuing on our ways. Lovely chap – absolutely nuts pushing that contraption round the Aussie Lap!

      In Karratha with WiFi now so can respond – I haven’t yet spent a night under a bridge. I’m using a fantastic app called wikicamps Australia which shows free camping areas.
